Tasks

-Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions -Performing analysis of accounts and highlighting any discrepancies/anomalies for correction and serving as an escalation point or subject matter expert for the resolution of accounting transactions and reporting questions. -Leading Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance for specific areas (e.g., record- to-report, order-to-cash, etc.) to ensure that processes and controls are designed effectively and to address financial reporting. -Recommend changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities. Identifying areas for process / report standardization across different countries. -Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing. -Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies. -Ensuring transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. -Executing accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders. -Handling Audit Quires. -Handling month end book closing activities. -Overseeing the preparation of financial statements in the appropriate format to include in timely filings with regulatory agencies.

What You Bring

-Candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Payroll General Accounting. -Candidate should have a very good leadership skills in monitoring and handling a team of 8-10 members. -You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with GA Payroll Accounting team . -Problem resolving. Good Analytical skills, Management reporting knowledge. -Multi-Tasking performance. -Should have experience in Payroll Transition Process. -Should have a very good knowledge in Payroll Statutory payments and Payroll accruals. -Should have knowledge in WORKDAY / SAP / S4HANA.
