Provide premium night-time concierge service, including guest care and site upkeep.

Tasks

-Maintain waste management areas adhering to health & safety regulations, ensuring potential hazards are addressed / cleaned / tidied / reorganised as required. -Front of House / Reception; greet and welcome residents and guests with a warm, friendly and vibrant attitude. -Manage room turn arounds, check-in and check-outs. -Ensure our facilities are being looked after respectfully by residents & guests. -Be on hand, delivering solutions to issues or challenges that may arise. -Maintain the upkeep of our premium site & facilities; communal areas must be cleaned and maintained to a high standard. – Cleaning will account for a significant period of the Night Concierge duties. -Manage & store parcels correctly to allow residents to easily access deliveries as required. -Conduct block walks every 4-6 hours surveying and reporting every area of the building. -Replenish refreshment stock, such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk and vending machine products. -Be the main point of contact for any potential incident or emergency that may occur onsite.

What You Bring

-Adaptability, creativity & positivity. -Previous experience of working independently through the night would be helpful -Resilience, with an ability to effectively navigate unexpected situations. -Excellent communication skills. English will be the primary spoken language; however multi-lingual skills would be warmly welcomed. -We’re not looking for professional cleaners, but need people who can demonstrate a hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of communal areas. -Previous Concierge experience would be an advantage. -Vita Uhaus operate a multi-cultural environment, welcoming colleagues and residents from all over the world with a variety of cultural backgrounds and religious beliefs.
