  • Assist in stakeholder engagement, including senior client representatives, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
  • Facilitate risk management processes including maintaining a risk register and conducting early warning/risk reduction meetings.
  • Compile and monitor closure of Site Observation Reports (SORs) and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and maintain the Project Execution Plan, including review, approval, variation, and reporting procedures.
  • Issue instructions on behalf of the client and monitor performance of the professional team and contractors.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and design specifications.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
  • Manage procurement logistics and ensure timely availability of materials and services.
  • Coordinate with General Contractors (GCs) and site teams to validate scope, monitor installation quality (QA/QC), and ensure timely approvals.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and organize stakeholder meetings to track milestones and resolve issues.
  • Support the Project/Programme Manager in delivering end-to-end project management services across multiple sectors.
  • Lead and support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities and manage handover documentation.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and scope using tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheets.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project and site management, preferably in office fit-out and data centre projects.
  • PMP / RICS or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction/Project Management.
  • Proficiency in O365 Apps, MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel VBA, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience in working within international environments and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a focus on forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Familiarity with NEC, JCT contracts and RIBA Plan of Work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
