Tasks

-Creating a bill of materials (BOM) -Troubleshoot any build-out issues in the field -Compile notice-to-proceed (NTP) packages for contractors -Identify permitting requirements as needed -Verify as-builts -Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity -Follow-up with city municipalities regarding permitting issues -Perform walkouts pre/post-construction

-High School diploma or G.E.D -Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects -Computer proficiency with Microsoft tools to create, manage, and present data and reporting to various stakeholders and management -Possession of a valid driver's license -Strong leadership skills to mentor and influence subcontractors and vendors -Able to identify safe working conditions in an outside right-of-way environment -Strong understanding of fiber and coax outside network plant -Able to scope, plan and execute HFC projects to contractors and be able to track and manage project lifecycles, pay contractors, and submit to final client invoicing. -Able to perform effective quality control of all project work performed -Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day -Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands -Educated on local area dig laws -Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs -Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in HFC or similar outside network plant construction -Ability to pass a drug screening -Ability to pass a background check
