Tasks

-Ensure the accurate use of the Time & Attendance systems -Solve production problems and continuously improve in all areas of operation. -Work within Health, Safety & Environmental procedures -Adhere to safety, health, environmental and quality policies and procedures -Be aware, and actively reduce the incident rate, of Non-Conforming errors within the team -Maintain and promote a safe and tidy working environment in accordance with company and legislative requirements. -Respond professionally and innovatively to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring that quality standards are never conceded. -Promote and adhere to the ‘Values in Action’. -Operate in accordance with the Company Quality Assurance System and help to improve/develop processes. -Ensure plant and equipment is maintained safely and fit for purpose, reporting and resolving defects -Create a “Clean-as-you-go” policy and maintains W.I.P. and stock areas
