What You Bring

-Post graduate degree in Human Factors or Applied Psychology or related field. -Degree or experience in Human Factors or Applied Psychology or related field. -Knowledge in the application of Human Factors standards and guidelines. -CAD / visualisation skills. -Proximity to several key clients in the nuclear, rail, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors. -A rich engineering heritage, particularly in nuclear, rail and aerospace. -Experience of managing and planning HF delivery to projects (HF Integration). -Substantial experience of delivering HF work packages within high hazard industries such as Nuclear. -Substantial experience in the use of Human Factors methods and techniques. -Excellent report writing and presentation skills. -Project Management skills. -Experience of working within other ‘Regulated’ industries. -Knowledge of Human Factors Assessment techniques in relation to international standards and familiarity with latest UK regulatory developments relevant to major hazard industries. -Record for public speaking and publishing papers.
