-Lead by influence – Inspire and align 10+ colleagues (including executives) around long-term initiatives, breaking them into clear, outcome-driven roadmaps. -Solve meaningful challenges at scale – Work on innovative problems in digital safety, trust, and privacy, designing solutions that reach millions of users worldwide.

Tech environment (not required, just context for a tech agnostic individual at this level) -Strong communication skills where you are able to share ideas clearly and inclusively, encouraging collaboration. -Google Cloud (GCE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Composer, …) -Node.js / JavaScript -Go, Python (selective use) -Docker, Terraform -Experience building technical solutions in new or complex domains, and turning research into real-world products. -LLM (VertexAI)
