Tasks

-Provide first-level support to Line Managers on all matters related to mandatory training, including follow-up and data file updates. -Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm induction dates and ensure timely communication and invitations to participants. -Ensure all new joiners in the Middle East are scheduled for mandatory inductions and maintain accurate tracking. -Assist the Admin Manager in Dubai with daily administrative tasks and event organization. -Assist the Admin Manager in Dubai with day-to-day administrative activities. -Provide clear, professional, and accurate advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of onboarding-related issues. -Deliver HR operations support to managers and staff that is responsive and timely. -Prepare reports as required by management. -Manage new joiner announcements across the region.
