The Role

Tasks

-Collaborates with Sr. Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Field Operations Managers to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed. -Manage teams through all phases of cycle development, including analysis, plan review process, scheduling milestones, installation, testing periods and final delivery. -Resolves technical and operational issues as required. -Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements. -Adjusting schedules and targets on the projects as needs or financing for the project change. -Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals with management. -Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them. -Serving as a point of contact for Projects. -Establishes key project criteria metrics. -Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls. -Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. -Create a work plan that includes a schedule, milestones, control, and risk factors. -Reviews and monitors project budgets and CTC requirements. -Communicating with Sr. Project Managers to keep the project aligned with their goals. -Ensures adherence to project contracts, specifications, and documents. -Manage multiple projects (as required) individually and as a team, all simultaneously. -Creating- long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. -Enhance company, department & Team reputation by accepting ownership, exploring new possibilities, and adding value to the organization. -Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintaining the standards expected. -Maintain a strong understanding of business strategies, goals, and missions. -Interface directly with team to clearly define project requirements and expectations. -Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan.

What You Bring

-High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. -Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds. -Required to stand, walk, and sit. -The ability to delegate effectively. -Construction experience preferred. -Problem-solving skills. -Time management skills. -Interpersonal skills. -Must have at least 8 plus years of experience. -Leadership skills. -Reach with hand (s) and arm (s). -Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. -OSHA 30 Certification required.
