What You Bring

-Proficient in AutoCAD and electrical modeling tools; ability to assess site viability and technical feasibility -Experience with rooftop and ground mount solar (up to 1MW), or transferable experience from commercial or mixed-use building projects -3–5 years of hands-on experience with commercial building electrical systems or MEP engineering projects -Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; EIT preferred but not required -Strong understanding of local codes and permitting, especially in Connecticut and surrounding states (NY, MA, RI) -Experience with full-cycle project involvement: site visits, permitting, engineering execution, construction support

Benefits

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical insurance, 401(k) with company match, 4–5 weeks of PTO, all federal holidays off, summer Fridays, discretionary quarterly and annual bonuses, cell phone reimbursement, and a flexible hybrid/remote schedule. Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
