Tasks

-People Operations Support: Provide administrative and transactional support across people operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations. -HR Administration: Maintain people systems, databases, and records. -Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment team in job vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews. Manage the preparation of employment contracts and other relevant documentation for new employees. -HR Projects: Support various people and data led initiatives to drive company success. -Training & Development: Cooperate with our internal training teams on scheduling training and inductions for the teams. -Payroll & Benefits: Cooperate with our benefits and payroll team to ensure smooth payroll across the business each month.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently and confidentially at all levels. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems. -Strong knowledge of human resource practices, including some experience in employee relations. -A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. -A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent) or equivalent experience is preferred but not required. -Knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and compliance. -Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. -Previous experience in a HR team, ideally within a construction or traffic management environment. -Strong administrative experience within a people operation team.
