-Compilation of contract documentation -Procurement tasks and managing tender processes -Attendance at site progress meetings -Review and management of change control procedures. -Buy-in to achieving deadlines set by Clients and Managers -Cost modelling and cost planning -Attending design team meetings -Completion of Valuations

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics (preferably RICS /SCSI accredited) -Good organization skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and willingness to ask for help when needed, as well as support other members of the team. -Ability to working in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives. -Due Diligence reporting -Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication.
