What You Bring

-Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver strong commercial outcomes. -Confidence in managing major fault restorations and significant incident investigations. -Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or a related discipline — or extensive leadership experience in a similar operational role. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to engage at all levels with honesty, clarity and credibility. -Strong leadership experience within the power industry or other complex, high-risk operational environments. -Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams and future leaders. -A track record of driving safety leadership, business improvement and change.
