Tasks

-Provide sustainability guidance to internal design teams across multiple projects -Collaborate with project teams and clients to integrate sustainable design solutions -Contribute to writing proposals and winning new work -Lead sustainability presentations for clients and help guide project execution in line with client sustainability goals -Advise multidisciplinary teams with sustainable design input to maintain high-quality and cohesive project outcomes -Oversee and perform Envision-based sustainability assessments for infrastructure projects -Attend and participate in selected conferences -Delegate work, mentor junior staff, and manage delivery -Contribute to the leadership and continued growth of Carollo’s Resilience and Sustainability Technical Practice

What You Bring

-Bachelors degree in Engineering, or sustainability related field is required -Relevant experience in the water industry -8+ years of relevant experience in sustainability within infrastructure or construction -Strong writing and presentation skills -Extensive expertise in sustainability assessment tools -Professional Engineer license -LEED Green Associate -Envision Sustainability Professional -Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, executing assigned work plans and delivering high-quality outcomes -Ability to travel as needed
