Tasks

-Facilitate engaging and practical workshops that inspire behavioural change and align leadership development with business outcomes -Analyse feedback and program outcomes to drive continuous improvement, ensuring learning initiatives are contemporary, impactful and scalable. -Partner with business and P&C stakeholders to embed succession, talent and capability strategies that ensure long-term organisational strength -Design and deliver leadership development programs and frameworks that build the capability and confidence of leaders at all levels -Coach and support leaders to strengthen their personal effectiveness, build high-performing teams and foster an inclusive culture

The Company

About Transgrid

-Born in 1995 from the split of NSW’s Electricity Commission, it evolved into Australia’s largest high-voltage grid operator. -Manages over 13,000 km of transmission lines and 104 substations across NSW and the ACT, linking into the National Electricity Market. -Over a decade, rolled out a A$16.5 billion upgrade program, including mega-projects like EnergyConnect and HumeLink to reinforce energy superhighways. -Commercial arm Lumea has added 55+ renewable generators, contributing to the clean energy transition. -Backed by a major consortium including Spark, Utilities Trust of Australia, CDPQ, ADIA, and OMERS following a A$10.3 billion lease deal in 2015. -Key projects include the multi-state HumeLink (underway) and VNI West interconnector, despite community pushback. -Despite challenges, remains pivotal to Australia’s clean-energy transition.
