Tasks

-Ensuring that business activities are conducted in line with “The ROCKWOOL Way”(our values) -Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve targets and goals -Working closely with ROCKWOOL UK employees, management and other key stakeholders to gain work experience and an understanding of a variety of business processes -Supporting business departments on a variety of business tasks as well as being part of a collaborative project with other undergraduates who are part of the programme

What You Bring

-Comfortable working in a team as well as individually -Ability to prioritise and multi-task a variety of projects -Experience working with MS Office Packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. -High attention to detail -Must be able to commute daily to the Pencoed office -Strong written and spoken English skills -Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Marketing or other relevant degree.
