The Role

Overview

Lead IDVA team, support high‑risk domestic abuse survivors, manage caseload and service quality.

Tasks

-Working closely with the IDVA Service Manager to ensure our service meets SafeLives’ Leading Lights quality standards. -Champion a survivor-led approach, ensuring their voices inform every stage of support. -Monitoring service quality and ensuring accurate data collection and timely submission of performance reports and casework records. -Supervising and supporting IDVA staff through case management, 1:1s, and performance monitoring. -Managing a small caseload of clients with complex and multiple needs.

What You Bring

-A deep understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims and children. -You must reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment. -Experience working within safeguarding procedures and handling sensitive information. -Proven experience in quality assurance and monitoring, with a keen eye for detail in data recording and reporting. -You must be eligible to work in the UK; Clarion cannot offer visa sponsorship. -A recognised qualification (or working towards one) such as IDVA, ISVA, or ISAC. -Strong crisis management and safety planning skills. -Applicants must be able to travel extensively across the region. -This post is subject to Enhanced Adult and Child Criminal Record Check Clearance.
