Tasks
-Maintain and audit employee records across HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across platforms. -Support process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and recommending technology-driven enhancements to HR operations. -Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to enhance consistency across HRBP operations by developing standardized templates, workflows, and documentation processes that improve efficiency and ensure alignment with Prologis HR practices. -Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and reporting capabilities to support scalable, efficient operations. -Develop and generate HR reports and dashboards to analyze key workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, and trends; proactively identify insights and opportunities for process improvement. -Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and resolve people-related issues effectively. -Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and Finance to optimize workflows, ensure system alignment, and maintain high-quality data integration and reporting accuracy. -Assist with HR programs, events, and communications -Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and reports. -Support HR Business Partners by answering and/or referring employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, employee perks, paid time off, and company policies. -Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive employee and organizational information.

What You Bring
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations. -Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. -Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and deliver exceptional customer service in a collaborative environment. -Familiarity with HR reporting dashboards or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). -Experience with HR systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms) and intermediate proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools. -2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR operations, or related administrative support roles. -Experience supporting HR operations or analytics within a distributed or global organization. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and report on HR data. -Proven attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data.
