Tasks
-Oversee installation teams, subcontractors, and labourers. -Promote and enforce health & safety policies at all times. -Carry out quality inspections on all uPVC window and door installations. -Coordinate deliveries of materials and ensure correct stock levels on site. -Ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards. -Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and safe working practices. -Liaise with clients, project managers, and office staff to resolve any issues. -Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and schedules.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Manager to oversee the installation of uPVC windows and doors across multiple residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and in line with company and industry regulations. -Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. -Full UK driving licence. -Excellent knowledge of installation procedures and technical requirements. -CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS qualification preferred. -Proven experience as a Site Manager within the uPVC window and door industry. -Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
