Tasks

-Lead the structural design of complex transportation infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, and walls. -Oversee and review engineering reports, calculations, and drawings for accuracy and compliance. -Play a key role in business development efforts, engaging with clients and presenting innovative solutions. -Work directly with state agencies, municipalities, and design/build contractors to develop tailored solutions. -Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

What You Bring

-Expertise in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, CSI Bridge, VBridge, LEAP Bridge, LPile, and more. -10+ years of structural design experience in bridges and transportation infrastructure. -Development of calculations using Excel and Mathcad. Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. -Experience with regional, state and federal transportation agency standards, codes and procedures strongly preferred. -Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges. -Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence. -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
