Tasks

-Team Development: Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, safety awareness, and a culture of accountability and improvement. -Operational Oversight: Maintain operational readiness of aircraft and support systems, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules, upgrades, and aviation standards. -Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main liaison among internal teams, clients, OEMs, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and clear communication. -Program Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive aviation program plans covering scope, cost, schedule, and resources, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. -Risk and Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure accountability through transparent performance reporting. -Compliance and Safety: Enforce adherence to aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, GCAA, UAEMAR) and promote a robust safety management system across all program activities.

What You Bring
