The Role

Overview

Manage daily office operations, admin support, and team coordination for SRS delivery team.

Tasks

-Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and preparation of materials for internal and external engagements. -Maintain logs and trackers for office operations, equipment, and service requests to ensure accountability and efficiency. -Assist in organizing workshops, events, and team meetings to promote collaboration and alignment. -Support documentation and communication processes, including distribution of updates and notices to the SRS team. -Identify and implement opportunities to enhance workplace organization, communication, and employee experience. -Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, access, and workspace maintenance. -Maintain and update staff seating plans, distribution lists, and contact directories for the SRS office. -Provide summary updates on office utilization, needs, and improvement actions to the Business Support Lead. -Track and resolve day-to-day office issues, escalating facility or equipment needs when required. -Manage onboarding logistics for new team members, including workspace setup, access, and orientation to office procedures. -Serve as primary liaison for building management, IT, and facilities teams on operational matters. -Manage shared spaces (meeting rooms, common areas) to support efficient use and a professional environment.

What You Bring

-High standard of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism in the workspace. -Smooth, efficient daily operation of the SRS office environment. -Minimum 2 years of office management or administrative experience in a corporate or project-based setting. -Effective communication and collaboration across the SRS and Business Support teams. -Demonstrated improvement in efficiency and coordination of administrative and operational functions. -Ideally 4+ years office management or administrative experience in a corporate or project-based setting. -Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Operations, or Facilities Coordination. -Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail. -Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools (Teams, Planner, etc.).
