Tasks

-Ensuring all operatives have the correct materials, PPE, and equipment to carry out works safely and effectively -Conducting thorough inductions and maintaining accurate records -Preparing progress reports, monitoring schedules, and signing off quality assurance documentation -Overseeing the quality of all works, whether delivered by direct labour or subcontractors -Managing delegated budgets in collaboration with the QS team to optimise project profitability -Coordinating site teams, setting clear objectives, and planning daily activities to meet targets -Maintaining a safe, clean, and tenant-considerate site environment -Ensuring full compliance with the scope of works, specification, and programme timelines -Liaising with residents and client representatives to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption -Allocating tasks and assessing performance to ensure high standards and capability alignment

What You Bring

-Valid SMSTS qualification -Asbestos Awareness (desirable but not essential) -Strong understanding of Social Housing environments and tenant engagement -First Aid at Work certification -Proven experience in Site Management, specifically within damp and mould remediation projects -Excellent organisational and communication skills
