Overview

Qualify leads, engage prospects, schedule demos, and support sales pipeline via CRM.

Tasks

-Continuously improve knowledge of STACK's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to leads. -Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless experience for prospects. -Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives. -Engage with prospective customers through various channels including phone, online chat, email, and text messaging. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in our CRM system. -Qualify incoming leads and determine their potential as STACK users.

What You Bring

-Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. -A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments. -Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. -1+ years of BDR or sales development experience -Ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers. -Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus. -Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
