Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on building systems.

Tasks

Assists with work orders such as filter changes, lamp replacements, minor plumbing repairs, and general facility upkeep. Supports senior technicians with troubleshooting and corrective maintenance tasks. Provides customer service to building occupants and responds to requests in a timely manner. Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean, and orderly condition. Monitors building conditions and promptly reports equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions. Follows all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Completes documentation of work performed in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry). 0-2 years of general building maintenance or mechanical systems experience. Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and safety instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed. -High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred. -Strong communication and customer service skills. -Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry). -0-2 years of general building maintenance or mechanical systems experience. -Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and safety instructions. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
