A leading steel fabricator seeking a Superintendent to manage shop operations, lead a team, and inspect welds. Prior supervisory experience preferred. -Able to train new hires (safety, welding, blueprints, symbols) -Steel Fabrication: 5+ years -Supervisory: 1+ year -Strong communication (verbal/written) & MS Word/Excel skills -Welding: 5+ years -Lean manufacturing experience a plus -Familiarity with CNC equipment; truck loading/jockey truck a plus -Full-time, Day shift (Mon–Fri) -5+ years structural steel/welding experience
