Tasks
-Mitigate risks that may affect cost or schedule, including scope creep and regulatory delays. -Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. -Monitor project schedules with critical path analysis tools (Primavera P6, MS Project). -Support audits and regulatory inspections. -Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule. -Review and approve design submittals, RFIs, and change orders. -Coordinate with engineering, procurement, validation, and quality teams early in planning. -Develop detailed project execution plans (PEP), schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. -Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, construction managers, QA/QC, validation, and contractors. -Provide regular progress reports for executive leadership and stakeholders. -Develop and manage project budgets (often $10M–$100M+), including forecasting and cost control. -Track KPIs, milestones, and performance metrics. -Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies. -Ensure all construction meets cGMP, FDA, EMA, and EHS standards. -Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. -Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. -Manage contractor RFPs, selection, contracts, and performance. -Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle. -Manage internal project team performance and external consultants. -Coordinate with QA/validation teams for commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV).

What You Bring
-This is a position for individuals with eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in commercial construction, with at least five (5) years in pharmaceutical construction -Excellent written and verbal communication -Highly proficient in the use of CM applications, including but not limited to Procore, Vista, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Applications -Bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or related field -Advanced, teachable understanding of CM theories – company mission, vision, and goals; identity, branding, business development
