The Role

Overview

Handle inbound/outbound materials, inventory and shipping in warehouse.

Tasks

-Work closely with the Warehouse team and other departments to keep operations running smoothly -Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols -Process repair and aftermarket materials -Occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; climb, crawl in tight spaces or balance; talk and hear. -Be prepared for emergency procedures (spill kits, fire extinguishers, eye wash stations) -Ship materials via LTL and freight carriers -Receive and organize incoming deliveries -Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies -Prepare production orders and kit materials -Solve the world's most significant problems - Be part of exciting and innovative projects.

What You Bring

-Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and carrier coordination -Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and order pickers (certifications preferred) -Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. -Ability to adapt to change and thrive under pressure -Understanding of safety principles and compliance standards -Strong organizational and leadership skills -Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office -Lift and move no more than 40 pounds. -Knowledge of Siemens Mobility material movement processes -Frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. -Experience in a corporate or industrial setting -High school diploma or equivalent
