Overview

Provide operative construction services, including crane, forklift, firewatch, and site support.

Tasks

-Carry out Firewatch / Standby duties -Communicate daily with site management and keep them fully informed of all issues -Operate overhead crane, as , in a safe manner -Provide timely feedback to supervisor of ongoing status or completion of the task -Monitor and record HAVS on departments tools -Undertake basic slinging activities -Operate the site Automate -Read, understand and implement all applicable company / project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring at all times that the scope is completed in accordance with company procedures, and to the highest standard of safety -Maintain the departments air fed hoods to correct standards -Attend meetings as and when -Undertake general driving duties around site -Provide support to other trades/disciplines where , or form part of an integrated multi-discipline team -Deliver a high quality, consistent and competent Operative construction service in accordance with project / company requirements, standards and procedures. -Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) in order to complete work scope in a safe and controlled manner -Attend and participate positively in training sessions and safety sessions -Attend and participate positively in toolbox talks -Assist with holiday cover on Silo off loading -Provide general cleaning as per work requirements -Set up equipment for trade use

-Silo safety training -Valid Driving License -Valid FLT License -Demonstrable experience in maintaining air feed hoods -HAVS training -Drive forklift truck / MEWP, as , in a safe manner -Reasonable written and spoken English -CCNSG Safety Passport -Educated to National 5 level or equivalent
