Tasks

Occasional Candidate Sourcing When required, you may support the team with sourcing new candidates through job boards, referrals, and database searching—but this isn't the primary focus of the role. -Keep candidates engaged, happy, and available for future bookings -Confirm bookings with candidates - rates, shift times, locations, dress code, etc. -Track timesheets and work with payroll to ensure smooth processing -Take incoming booking requests from property management clients (often at short notice) -Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, or no-shows with professionalism -Understand client requirements, confirm shift details, rates, and expectations -Keep candidate and client records current -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - become their go-to person -Enter bookings accurately onto our recruitment system -Provide excellent customer service and responsive communication -Match available candidates to shifts based on skills, location, and availability

Abbatt Property Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced temporary recruitment desk, specialising in placing professionals into residential property management roles across London. -Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced temps desk environment -Resilience and positive attitude -Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - you won't drop the ball -Experience in property, facilities management, or hospitality recruitment (not essential—we can teach you the sector) -Thrives under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment -Confident using recruitment databases/ATS systems -Proven experience in temporary/interim recruitment -Customer service mindset - helpful, responsive, and solution-focused -Ability to multitask - juggling multiple bookings, calls, and clients simultaneously -Ability to handle last-minute bookings and changes without stress -Strong communication skills - friendly, professional, and calm under pressure -Loves people and building relationships with clients and candidates -Knowledge of London geography (helps with matching candidates to locations)
