Tasks

-Enrolling students for courses offered by the company. -Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement -Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled -Asking questions to the student and understanding their specifications. -Suggesting solutions based on student’s needs and requirements -Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. -Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. -Obtaining students' information and other relevant data. -Taking and processing product queries in a professional manner. -Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details -Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database -Contacting existing students as well as prospective students -Maintaining the database on a regular basis.
