Tasks

-Manage deliverables for completed jobs. -Create and maintains project files -Provide administrative and logistical project support -Creation of BIS's for billing. -Track COI's. -Assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks -Adhere to all required project safety requirements -Maintaining an updated, organized, and fast-paced schedule. -Talking on the phone with peers and technicians. -Provide any necessary documentation for service tickets -Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance -Confidently be able to call technicians and dispatch them on jobs. -Assist in project scheduling and billing -Dispatch service tickets to available technicians Nationwide

What You Bring

-Network troubleshooting, Cat-5 Cabling/Fiber knowledge a plus -Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written. -Outstanding time management skills. -Highly proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs -Ability to prioritize and task switch efficiently. -Strong attention to detail, and organizational and follow-up skills -High school Diploma or equivalent required. -College Education or degree highly desirable. -Must type at least 40 WPM
