-Ability to work and lead a team. -Ability to work from you own initiative. -Ability to solve problems and deal with ad hoc challenges. -Preferably some experience working within a cleaning environment and as part of a team -Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner -Reliable and flexible, smart in appearance and always professional -Willing to work in all weather conditions -Ability to be proactive and efficient in approach. -Team Leader experience. -Good level of communication.
