Tasks

Based in Dubai, the new recruit will advise clients on a diverse range of local company commercial matters within the UAE including Free Zones and help review commercial contracts. -Advising on a wide range of company secretarial matters. -Advising on employment law. -Assisting on drafting and amending memorandum and articles of association. -Participating in firm-wide and departmental training sessions. -Assisting on complex due diligence exercises. -Assisting on drafting commercial agreements. -Advising on the incorporation of entities within the UAE. -Building, maintaining and developing client relationships. -Assisting with training and development of junior legal staff.

What You Bring

These checks include personal details, education and employment history, professional qualifications and credit and criminal checks as appropriate. -Experience gained within the Middle East is an advantage but is not essential. -Law degree/ law conversion and LPC/SQE holder. -Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English skills. -Strong research, drafting and organisational skills. -Excellent academic record. -Directly relevant paralegal experience gained at a recognised and busy corporate practice from an international law firm. -Interacts well with people at all levels. -Can do, hardworking and flexible approach.
