Overview

Manage multiple commercial ground‑up construction projects from design to completion.

Tasks

-Responsible for all phases of project delivery and contribute to development and client satisfaction. -Ensure all safety precautions are adhered by workers, subcontractors and suppliers -Develop and improve owner, architect, vendor and subcontractor relationships -Schedule, attend and lead meetings with crew, clients, owners in order to keep project and client service at a high.
