Overview

Oversee hotel accounting, cash, AR/AP, and HR functions for a new Hilton property.

Tasks

-Ensure our team's growth by facilitating top-notch training and development opportunities -Verify and balance cashier deposits, and document any variances like a financial detective -Chase down leads on collections like a star headlining their concert, ensuring every account is settled within 60 days -Set up and manage accounts ensuring all our receivables are as harmonious as Nashville’s melodies -Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring each invoice hits the right notes and approvals -Keep the gears of our financial operations well-oiled with adequate supplies and a keen eye on inventory -Direct and manage employment and benefits, creating a stage where every team member can shine -Lead the New Hire Orientation, setting the stage for success and integration into our hotel’s family -Keep our accounts impeccable, from timely issues to accurate change distributions -Participate in the inventory process, helping us stay precise and accurate—just like a well-tuned guitar -Handle all end-of-month accounting tasks ensuring everything from revenue to rebills is spot-on -Ensure our daily deposits are escorted safely to the bank, because every penny counts

What You Bring

-Someone with a sharp eye for detail, a robust work ethic, and a knack for maintaining confidentiality -A champion of both numbers and people, with a background in Hotel Administration, Management, or Accounting -A communicator par excellence, fluent in English and proficient in all things Microsoft Office
