Tasks

-The Inside Maintenance Technician will complete all work orders in a timely manner with a professional and helpful approach to customer service. -The Inside Maintenance Technician will work collaboratively with team members and is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance of the residential units and buildings in Sifton’s London portfolio, including light bulb replacement, garbage collection, and maintenance shop clean-up.

What You Bring

-Possess a positive customer service focus and enjoy interactions with customers. -Must supply CSA-approved safety footwear. -Must provide a satisfactory current background check. -Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to multitask and complete basic maintenance repairs. -Must be available to work a rotational on-call schedule as required. -Self-motivated and able to work within a team environment. -Related building maintenance experience is preferred. -Prior safety training, demonstrated safety awareness and knowledge of safe working procedures.
