-Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation. -Monitor project progress, swiftly identifying and addressing any challenges. -Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance site performance. -Oversee site documentation, including permits, drawings, and progress reports. -Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies. -Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. -Maintain clear communication and alignment among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. -Inspire and lead on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager who is looking to drive their career forward by working on major construction projects alongside experienced colleagues. You will play a crucial role in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong drive to excel and deliver outstanding results. -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in project management software. -Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid). -Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. -Solid understanding of health and safety regulations. -Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices.
