Perform EICR inspections, maintenance and remedial electrical work for social housing.

Tasks

-Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems to a high standard. -Complete accurate EICR certification and maintain detailed records. -Work collaboratively with other engineers, supervisors, and contractors. -Deliver excellent customer service to tenants, addressing concerns promptly. -Perform routine testing, maintenance, and remedial works on Housing Association properties. -Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and efficiently. -Conduct EICR inspections and ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations.

Requirements

• nvq 3
• problem solving
• electrical testing
• 18th edition
• housing experience
• city & guilds

What You Bring

-NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). -Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills. -Proven EICR and electrical testing experience. -18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. -Housing association or similar experience preferred. -City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 in Inspection & Testing (preferred)
