Tasks

-Design and analysis of roads and drainage. -Involved in the total project early in career development; from preliminary site feasibility studies and basic design criteria through the actual design and construction of site layout, foundations, structures and buildings. -Coordination of Civil/Structural project components over the life of the project. -Develop into a Lead Technical Civil / Structural Engineer responsible for technical oversight on projects. -Design and analysis of structures, buildings, foundations and piles. -Develop into a technical Subject Matter Expert to support multiple projects and Fluor offices globally. -Develop into a Lead Civil / Structural Engineer responsible for completing engineering and design on projects. -Develop into Project Engineers and Project Managers. -Responsible for Civil/Structural engineering aspects on any given project. -Develop into Engineering Managers on projects directing multi-discipline engineering efforts

What You Bring

-Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2025/2026. -A Structural minor with courses in structural (concrete and steel) design. -Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
