Tasks

-Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. -Manage day-to-day site operations for planned kitchen and bathroom upgrades. -Monitor health and safety compliance and carry out site inspections. -Maintain strong communication with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption and excellent customer service. -Liaise with the wider project team to report progress and resolve issues.
