Tasks

-Design new elevations for existing products -Work with Production Manager to oversee flow of plans through department -Field reviews of Perry Homes products as well as competition -Responsible for the design of all Perry Homes products, including developing preliminary floor plans and elevation designs, analyzing designs for cost compliance, value engineering, and overall design efficiency, collaborating with CAD producers to ensure proper implementation of design concepts, and reviewing plans for design accuracy

Requirements

• 3+ years

What You Bring

-Requires at least 3 years of experience in design with an emphasis in high-end residential design -Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation -Licensed Architect a plus -Frequently must complete projects on a very short notice with extreme time constraints -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required -Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, AutoCAD, 3D color rendering, and sketch-up preferred
