Overview

Part-time weekend Customer Service Rep handling calls, scheduling, and admin tasks.

Tasks

-Assists field supervisors in communication with customers to set up service calls. -Communicate with customers via phone, email to create service orders. -Assist the Customer Service department with basic to mid-level issues. Any high-level issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager. -Gathers all information for the service file location, edits, updates. -Effectively manage call volume and day-to-day tasks; be able to work flexible schedules including overtime, as needed. -Create service information advertising folders for the field staff.

What You Bring

-Computer literate with expert knowledge in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of all office equipment. -Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. -Computer literate with expert knowledge in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook; working knowledge of all office equipment. -Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check. -Prior experience in a similar position where they have worked with a multi-line phone system taking incoming and making outgoing calls. Prior experience making outbound sales calls is a plus! -Ability to type at a minimum of 40 wpm. Previous experience demonstrating typing in a fast-paced setting. -Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
