Overview
Lead complex development applications and provide planning guidance in NSW.

Tasks
-Take the lead on preparing and managing complex development applications under NSW planning legislation -Develop detailed planning reports and all necessary supporting documentation -Coordinate seamlessly with council officers, state agencies, and external consultants -Provide expert planning guidance to clients, councils, and stakeholders -Mentor and support junior planners to build team capability and confidence

What You Bring
-Strong understanding of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and local government planning controls -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines -Tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline -Minimum of 4 years’ experience in statutory planning within NSW
