Overview

Year‑round outdoor grounds maintenance and snow removal for various properties

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Plant, water, and maintain grass, trees, shrubs, and other greenery to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive. -Watch for and report any safety hazards or damage that needs attention. -Help install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems and other outdoor equipment. -Perform snow removal and landscaping duties such as shoveling, blowing, sweeping, mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep. -Respond promptly to work requests or emergencies, especially during snow or storm events. -Inspect building grounds regularly to make sure everything looks professional and meets contract and company standards. -Represent Edon positively when interacting with clients, tenants, and subcontractors.

What You Bring

-Previous landscaping or maintenance experience considered an asset -Strong customer care and communication skills -Ability to work on-call hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays depending on weather and workload -Good command of the English language (written and verbal) -Ability to operate small power equipment used in landscape maintenance
