Overview

Oversee property maintenance and supervise staff at 202‑unit community.

Tasks

-Perform preventative maintenance on property -Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise -Assess and repair appliances as needed -Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned -Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents -Create and maintain a safe work environment -Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units

What You Bring

-Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair -3 - 5 years previous experience in maintenance preferred -CPO certification preferred -Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required -HVAC and EPA experience preferred
