Tasks

-Seamlessly transition between channels to provide a consistent and personalized customer experience. -Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers through multiple channels. -Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions through the preferred channel of communication. -Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns across various channels. -Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide ongoing support. -Employ persuasive selling techniques to effectively promote products or services across different channels. -Manage inbound sales inquiries: -Respond to incoming calls, emails, text messages, and other digital inquiries from potential customers. -Utilize phone calls, emails, text messages, and other digital platforms to engage with potential customers and generate leads.

What You Bring

-Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through multiple channels. -Strong persuasive and negotiation skills across different communication platforms. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment. -Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple channels. -Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage omni-channel sales activities. -Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in an omni-channel sales environment. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across various channels.
