What You Bring

-Experience of roads / tunnels and/or highway structures asset management (desirable) -Strategic thinker, influencing problem solving and empowering decisions -Effective strategic communicator, with confident challenging skills -Experience of asset investment and delivering value for money management in a construction-critical infrastructure environment -Project focussed leader with demonstrable experience building collaboration in teams for continuous improvement -Experience of working in a Joint Venture or similar arrangement (desirable). -A relevant professional qualification, ideally Chartered / Incorporated status with a recognised and relevant UK institution. -Inspirational leader, with demonstratable skills to nurture and develop outcome focussed and positive teams -Good grasp of data analytics and data driven decision making. -Please note, to be considered for this role, you must be based in the UK and must already be able to legally work in the UK.
