Senior Systems Engineer

Tasks

-Collaborate with internal teams and managed service providers to optimize server and VMware environments. -Install, configure, and support Windows servers and enterprise software. -Maintain accurate documentation including architecture diagrams, CMDB entries, and knowledge base articles. -Design, plan, and implement scalable technical solutions within Azure. -Lead efforts to enforce configuration standards and resiliency best practices. -Monitor and troubleshoot server performance and availability issues. -Support strategic initiatives including M&A activities, facility design, and infrastructure decommissioning.

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience working with Azure or similar cloud platforms. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent work experience. -6+ years of experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. -Effective communicator and collaborator across technical and business teams. -Experience with MS Exchange, ServiceNow, VMware, or other hypervisors. -Strong organizational and prioritization skills with minimal supervision. -Familiarity with resiliency methodologies and technologies. -Advanced proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages. -Experience managing Azure financial costs and budgeting. -Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines. -Microsoft certifications preferred:
