Tasks

-Ensure adherence to Milliken Quality Policy, SOPs, ISO 9000 standards, and other company policies. -Identify and mitigate safety risks in project design and implementation. -Lead multi-year capital and maintenance project planning. -Oversee hiring, development, and performance management of maintenance personnel. -Ensure proper maintenance and reliable operation of all process equipment, utility systems, buildings, and infrastructure. -Translate business and customer requirements into actionable capital and expense projects. -Manage internal and contracted resources to achieve department goals. -Lead department safety initiatives and ensure full compliance with OSHA, PSM, and environmental regulations. -Prioritize and execute continuous improvement to reduce unplanned downtime and maintenance costs. -Promote active participation in site-wide safety and quality programs.

What You Bring

-Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. -High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. -Proven background in preventive, predictive, or reliability-centered maintenance (RCM). -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering. -Minimum 7+ years of maintenance experience in chemical or regulated process industries (e.g., O&G, pulp & paper). -Strong knowledge of environmental, OSHA, and PSM regulations. -Minimum 3 years of experience supervising and managing associates in a plant setting.
